Back in December, they were telling everyone that didn't have their RX card to either bring it next time or apply for one. Because they were going to start requiring it. But I'm not sure if they have started that yet.

You should not lie to the Mars Staff in order to gain entrance because if You are caught doing this You will not be allowed back in the store. It is important to have your Rec and ID to properly become a customer there.
I would just go with your ID if they ask for your rec card tell them you have it but you forgot it more likely won't ask to see your rec card you should only have to show your ID tell them you've been there before
