You must have both to enter. Initially You will need your current Medical Rec. and Ca. ID. Then each time you visit you will need to show your ID. There is nobody admitted into the building without an ID.
Now, they are talking about you need a rec. Not sure if they are enforcing it just yet. I went and found another shop that doesn't.
