Each person working there has their own prices & price list. I was seeing 'Cyndi' or MONTHS!?! In my personal opinion- this is a nice place. A tad overpriced for this area. Had I had a more professional experience I wouldn't be changing me review... My lashes were BEAUTIFUL when I was going to 'Cyndi' ALWAYS made sure I was tipping her ALMOST as much as the initial cost of the fill & wax. WHATEVER i was having done. My last appointment was at 6 pm. I'd been extremely busy with LIFE (kids, school, work, & my health) I didn't see that she had a cancellation & wanted me to come in 5 hours earlier than my appt. She then messaged me letting me know that she was already a 1/2 hour late 4 a fam dinner (Which was confusing since my appt was @ that time- I'm not sure if it was a miscommunication? Either way I haven't been contacted again since she was given some new clients by a fellow lashout employee. I have difficult lashes last thing I was told. I guess HUGE tips aren't enuf.
