That's just how MPF, aka AmericaGas roll Clare. Also why I quit after 10+ years. Were supposed to keep my tank full, which only meant: chk it when in the neighborhood. My 250 gal tank went dry on New Years day, nobody answering phones, temps in the teens. About half of our large rural neighborhood has left them because of lousy service. Dump them!
I was moved to a pre-pay customer status from an open account status by their choice, not mine. I first set up the account as a receive gas and then get billed status. They ran my credit for this type of account. And then I go to re-order for the winter and suddenly I'm a pre-pay customer. Now, I have to pay for the Gas BEFORE I receive it. AND, I have to wait 7-10 days for delivery because Palmdale is not their regular route. WHAT? Not their regular route? They didn't have that response when I signed up for this account.I am VERY dissatisfied with this Service. Going back to Suburban, at least I got my gas when I was promised.
Horrible! We paid to have propane tank filled before they brought the propane then when the guy.finally came to fill the tank and the company sent a bill for what we just had paid them for being they say we have to pay before they bring the propane
This was my problem. They never could deliver on time.
