I just clean my phone everyday when I clean my eyeglasses I bought a kit from sunglass Hut that has a towel and spray just put a little bit on the towel not too much so you don't damage the phone screen and also sunglass Hut refills the metal to Wood new spray whenever it's empty for free
The best rule of thumb is to treat your screen like you would eyeglasses. Use a soft clean, new, cloth. Wipe gently, use a dry cloth unless you have a really smudgy glass, then use isopropyl and be careful not to overuse liquids, if they get inside the screen, they can damage the backlight. You can buy wipes made for eyeglasses that have the proper amount of isopropyl alcohol in them. Then use a dry soft wipe to finish.
