There is no weight limit for skating at any rink. Make sure your skates are worn correctly, and you accept all risks. Most importantly, have fun!
I would think that your ankles, knees, and hips set your limits. There is no running water under the solid ice sheet.
Not that I'm aware of. A Zamboni cleans the ice...and they are really heavy, so...
