I have enjoyed the experience of living in Caviness Farms Apartments. I have admired this area for many years of living in Wake Forest. It seems as though it has always been peaceful and quiet neighborhood, now I have given them a try it has really been a great place to call home.

We loved our spacious apartment home here!! The view from screened porch balcony was wonderful! We were so sad to leave even when we bought a home. The neighbors were kind and we always felt safe.

Do not rent here. I lived there for 5 years, always paid my rent on time, and then when the lease renewal came up they tried to up charged me 400.00. Then when I said absolutely not a few days later they came back with a 200.00 increase what an insult. Mind you everything is outdated there, and good luck with maintenance requests. The property manager Joy is lazy and never at work, without Sheri, the property would’ve fallen apart along time ago. The maintenance supervisor is also lazy, the only worth while employee in maintenance is Chris. When you move out they charge for things that weren’t nice when you moved in, but best believe you’re gonna pay for it. I’m clean unlike a lot of their tenants and it’s means nothing. Go pay a little more somewhere else for nice things.All the great reviews are done by people trying to save money on rent with their points system don’t believe them, or those nice reviews are done by those that have one of the FEW updated apartments.
