What they need is to shut down that location. The kids need the work but they also need to learn how to do it right.
They really need to step up their game. This store is being very poorly managed.
My wife and I are both retired from the supervision field. She was a manager, and I was a supervisor . Without looking at the full operation it's hard to make recommendations. It is absolutely a taboo to be rude to customers. The manager may need to train the employees and don't have the time or money to do it. The manager may lack the experience to train employees in dealing with the public. This is a small restaurant with few employees and high employee turn overs. I don't imagine that you are getting the most dedicated employees because of the wages and the location of the restaurant.
