Are we allowed to take/record pictures/videos on our phone?? And what’s like the policy of the arena? For example: bag size, what’s not allowed, etc.

You're allowed to bring in your cellphone. Clear bag policy is going to be enforced. 12x6x12 There's a FAQ page for BTS and that has information on there.

I was allowed to bring in anything I wanted. Also, I was able to take video footage and pics of the one week event I went to.
