They have a variety of sports programs for all ages. My biggest complaint, us that their men's restrooms have no baby changing accommodations. As a Dad of two young kids, this is frustrating that I have to change my youngest in public view if only I am taking the all the kids for soccer. There is a changing table in one of the women's restroom, so my wife is able to use that if she is with me.

They usually have the Mens league play on Monday and Wednesday nights. Just go in and ask one of the players on a team and see if you can join there team.
They have open games for adults on Tuesday 8pm-10pm.
On Fridays there is women's soccer !!! 💁
