Service Department is top flight. The service manager Chris has been in the industry 20+ years, and rides ALL KINDS of bikes. The lead motorcycle technician Jody, is off-road race technician that also races in MX, and Ironman endurance races. He's been a certified technician for roughly 17 years, and is ONLY person allowed to even touch my sportbikes. I make these claims, as I've been in the Powersports industry for almost 20 years, a sponsored stunt rider, have been riding motorcycles since 1982, and have owned 57 motorcycle in that time period. If you're genuinely concerned about customer service, contact James Wilson, the General Manager, and he'll probably get you with Lyle, who is one of the very best sales professionals in the industry, and ALWAYS puts his customers's needs above all things! You'll do really good picking up a new bike from Freedom Powersports in Lewisville.
Their service department is excellent. They are ranked a Platinum if I remeber correctly. Personally, I can attest to the quality of their service department. I have worked with them and it is always a good experience. Mark is the Service Manager and this guy is committed to customer satisfaction. I had a warranty claim and it was not and issue. They took care or everything. He really knows his business. You are definitely in good hands from my experiences.
