I found an abandoned female kitten that’s somebody threw out of a moving vehicle and the poor thing hid underneath my dads car.. I’ve decided I want to keep her and I keep hearing about these free spay/neuter & sometimes even shots that some places offer and I haven’t found one yet, can someone help me?
