Hi, Jerry. Good question! When you are logged in to the app, click on the square labeled "Group Fitness". Select your location from the drop down menu in the upper left (under the date). Class times for the selected date and location are all listed underneath. If space is available, you can click on the green "Register" link and you'll be automatically registered (a window should popup to confirm). Please note that classes are not open for registration until 5 AM on their scheduled date. You must check in at a club kiosk 10 min before class begins, otherwise your spot will be forfeited.

Thanks for asking! We have childcare services available for kids 3 months-12 years. Since Cal Fit members need to be 12 years old to work out on the floor, we offer our First Steps Program to get 10-11 year olds ready to work out independently.
