I have recently moved here from Rowlett. I am on the lifetime service plan and have been going to Rockwall ford for service. Can I go to Tolliver Ford for my service instead of traveling back to Rockwall?

Yes Scott I believe you can trust them. I have a Toyota, my headlights we're beaming too low, I took it by there cuz I didn't want to drive to Rockwall and they adjusted them, we're so nice and did not charge me

When you ask about the lifetime service plan that can depend. If, the plan is with Ford Motor Company or through another party our team should be able to assisted you. If, the plan is strictly with a Rockwall Ford then you maybe not receive a benefit from the plan outside the Rockwall dealership. There are plans like that out there that have heavy rules and requirements but our dealership doesn't believe in offering this item of LIFETIME SERVICE PLAN because of the rules and requirements that the customer has to go through. Please, call our dealership and ask for Chance or Bobby and they will be happy to review your maintenance or extended service agreement that you have through a Rockwall Ford.
