I went in to their office and I spoke with Kyle and Tamika and everything went very smoothly. They were both extremely wonderful to deal with. I will definitely go back when I am ready to trade my vehicle in. I cannot say enough good things about those two. If anybody is looking to get a car that needs a buy here pay here a lot this is definitely the place to go to. I drove to their lot even though there is a lot in the city that I live in because Kyle was so courteous to me on the phone and he was just as courteous to me in person.

The paperwork you'll need to trade in your car at America's Car-Mart is the vehicle title, a valid, state-issued ID for all titleholders, registration and loan payoff information if you are still paying on your vehicle. Please bring your loan account number and lender phone number. If you have a co-signer their signature is needed to sell your car.

Honestly I had the same problem with the first (of many) we got there and it never got fixed and the kept charging us for the "repairs" we ended up going to Brian toliver and getting a used car
They are easy to work with. Just talk to them. Be sure to bring your check stub.
