Place is straight up garbage. Won't ever try to buy a vehicle here. I won't and don't recommend this dealership. I have been pre-approved and the process is such a drag. That I decided not to buy vehicle. Well come to find out they jacked up the price on the vehicle I was looking at!? Very unprofessional and extremely shady dealership. By far the worst dealership I have dealt with. Along with huffines cheverlet in Plano. I would be careful buying from these dealerships because they go on your credit as hard inquiries. In which the pull credit multiple times. Better hope the sales people don't leak out your information out on the street. Just seems like the type of people they have working at these places. When I first recieved a call the guy on the phone starts cussing and saying that he is never busy for a customer. Really?? So unprofessional. To start cussing on the phone to a potential customer for the first time?? Terrible experiance and I regret ever inquiring about a vehicle at this place. They don't even try. But sure do pull up your credit and tack on inquiries and jack up the price on vehicle that you were looking at??? Sounds like a bait and switch type of scam. Don't trust this dealership. They are crooks. They put false advertising by posting a low price to give a day or 2. And they switch it to a higher price. Bad business! Hope they get in trouble or go bankrupt for their scamming tactics. Just be honest and real up front. Shady bunch
