If they are not close together they should be fine. But. Even if the color is right, the veining can make it look different if there is more or less than the existing granit. If you put it in, you may have the name and lot number ... would be hard to find, but it is possible they may have a remnant slab or two that matches. Going with an altogether different color or Style may also be an option to set up a contrast. Or, even a wood cutting board top, or stainless steel.
Bring a sample of the product to the store
If you have a picture of the veining and a product name you could bring that to the showroom. The staff there is extremely knowledgeable and friendly.
If you create a medium to large contrast with the color of your flooring you should be fine.
