If you want to avoid the mess of dust all over your stuff after getting porcelain tile removed, this is the company to hire!! They have a dust free system/machine that is absolutely amazing and really is dust free! This was very important to us as we do have allergy issues in our home, not to mention we enated to avoid the mess that would have been left if the tile removal was done any other way! They did an AMAZING job and I will be recommending them whenever I hear of others who are needing their tile removed! Thanks guys!

These guys are the REAL DEAL!!! I was SO nervous about the dust and drama with having 2700 sq ft of tile removed and they knocked it out in 2 days!!! We added carpet removal which added an extra few hours the next day. The crew was SUPER professional and easy to work with. Nick accommodated some specific requests we had and when it was time to go to work the crew showed up ready to work!!! This is the ONLY way to get your tile removal done. And I didn’t even have to worry about crazy amounts of dust everywhere with the tech they use!!!

The staff was well informed and was able to answer all of my questions. The tile removal was truly “dust free” and I couldn’t believe there was no residual dust left over. I would highly recommend this company and everything about them was first class!

Questions & Answers

I see that there are different companies in Arizona now offering dust free tile removal. What sets you apart from your competition and what should I know before I book?

Hello Rodney, Great questions, I'm sure other homeowners and contractors are wondering the same things. We are different because we invented and patented the dust free tile removal system called the DustRam® System. This technology is ONLY available through us and it's manufactured here in the United States. We are also licensed, bonded and insured. Most people don't know this, but it's ILLEGAL in Arizona for an UNLICENSED contractor to do any work totaling over $1,000, but you will still hear them ILLEGALLY bid projects over $1,000, so it's important to make sure they have a (nonsuspended) license, bond & insurance. Also, we have hundreds of videos and actual videotaped customer reviews on our website and YouTube because we want EVERYONE to see it’s really dust free. Since anyone can fake a review, we want real customers to explain it. Try to get our competitors to send you a dust free flagstone removal video - they will NOT, because they are NOT dust free. Thank you Rodney

Hello, Are you licensed, bonded and insured? Also, has your license ever been suspended and if so, why?

Hello Rodney, Yes, we are licensed, bonded and insured and have been since 1984, we have never had our license suspended, unlike some of our competitors. Our Arizona Registrar of Contractors License Number is 291708. I'm glad you asked this because some companies in Arizona do not have a license, perhaps because they are felons, have poor credit or are just not qualified, therefore, an unlicensed contractor is unable to do tile removal projects over $1,000 without committing a class 1 misdemeanor, and they should be able to send you videos of their work. For more information about our process, you can give us a call or go through our website. Thank you Rodney.

Would you please provide information on the laser level and screeding system used to level the floor in the video.

Hello Glenn, thank you for reaching out to us. Unfortunately, they have discontinued the laser I was using to prep floors, and I have been unable to locate anything to take its place. The aluminum screeds were purchased from a local metal supply company.
