They will take walk-ins, but a call ahead would be beneficial to you. They are very friendly too. I also received a Groupon gift and, though, I don't believe there is any really science to back up their claims, it was a nice relaxing time. I brought my 3 yr old to play too.

The sessions starts on the hr or every hr on the half hr. And yes the will take walk ins. Enjoy!
