It is a little bit over pricing, repair a tire from a scree's hole, $39.99, hmmm.....changing oil for an hour and 15 minutes is ridiculous.

If you want them to replace a turn signal, I'm sure that will do that for you. If you want to buy the lamp and replace it yourself, you're probably better off at Auto Zone.
Yes. They will will patch simple punctures, if the tire saveable. Last time I was there. It was something similar and cost me $25.
