My mother was abandoned in a room with no trash can, water basin, or tv remote for days. No one changed her diaper for the first 16+ hours she was there (laying in a puddle) until I started causing a scene at the nurses' station where a half dozen people were sitting there ignoring the patients' rooms bells constantly going off. I literally caught one of the nurses aids Tanya sleeping in the hallway during visiting hours and when I mentioned it to one of her coworkers, I was told "don't worry about it because she's not your mom's aid". The joke of a social worker named Joanna didn't order any of my mom's oxygen equipment or a wheelchair until she had already been home for over 20 hours. She claims there was an issue with the supplier's phone lines, but I watched her order everything online from her computer. This facility and its staff under the leadership of Ms. Pote have no business using the terms "Skilled Nursing" or "Rehabilitation". Especially since my mother's condition is not even 30% of what they claim on her discharge paperwork. They basically sent her home without being able to stand up or walk, but according to her discharge, they claim she can walk over 50 ft unassisted. She was re-admitted to Cooper University Hospital less than 72 hours after being discharged from this facility. She was borderline unresponsive due to her blood pressure and oxygen levels plummeting after a nasty infection (she also contracted Pneumonia at this facility) Do your loved ones a favor and send them somewhere else. DON'T FALL FOR THE GOOGLE REVIEW RATING OF 4 STARS!

This is the worse rehab my mother has ever been to . I thought from the ratings it was nice but it was all a lie they let the people lay in their dirty diaper all day . I seen a aid sit in one room across from my mom texting I ask for help and was ignored. They all have the worse bedside manner . I would not recommend this place to anyone who loves their family

Lauren and her staff of caring nurses, aides, physical therapists, and helpers were beyond fantastic. My mother in law was there for over two weeks for a broken hip. The people there were caring, safe, encouraging, and warm. She was well-cared for and we felt comfortable leaving for the night knowing that the staff were kind and patient. I would highly recommend this facility.

If there was a zero stars button, I would press it. A dear friend of mine, who was recovering from an amputation, blind and only 39 years old, experienced starvation, left spiked for hours, unresponsive to patient alerts or calling. The level of neglect from her experience moved me enough to speak on her behalf. If I had a loved one I would NEVER let them stay there. The state should do a pop up!!
