M.H.'s are less costly than a standard free standing home. However in a M.H. park you must pay a rental fee. That is in addition to your M.H. payment.
When available, they are 1) usually cheaper from the homeowner than the park, 2) the less expensive they are, the more repair work they need, and 3) usually at a decent price.
