Can one bring clothes with them upon admitting themselves or would someone have to come drop clothes off after the person is admitted? Also can a family member drop off clothes, once a person is admitted, to them?

Yes, you can bring clothes/shoes/ltd grooming & hygiene products products) when admitted and during your stay from your loved ones. However, there are some restrictions on items (like shoelaces) th for safety and security purposes.
