Yes she 35 and I had her committed several times and the let her go because it was drug induced

Involuntary treatment necessitates that the individual be of immediate harm or danger to themselves or others. As you can imagine, this makes the implementation of an involuntary stay rather difficult. If she is willing to come for an assessment, you can certainly proceed from there. This is all under the presumption that she is over the age of 18.
