The park is a public park. There is no charge for using it. There are businesses edging up to the park. There are sections if the green belt that will be closed for maintenance, but detours are generally provided for those sections.

The park is free to visit. There is a fee to visit the museums, disvovery center and the zoo located adjacent to the park.

No, not for the Park. There is Zoo Boise there also that does have a fee. Pretty nice zoo.
