Would you train a 3 1/2 year old girl ?

Idk what the age requirements are. But if you are personally going to train them or someone else, it would determine on their ability to focus and the maturity level. 3 1/2 sounds a bit Young and the focus may not be there

Wow 3 1/2, that's a tall order. They may do one on one sessions with her, but man that is young.
