My friend lives here. I don't like the area but I do like how they have remodeled the place and added better lighting. Although the parking area isn't good and I worry for her going out. Next-door to her complex is rundown apartments that has a lot of drug activity and has had 2 murders recently.

Today i spoke with Evonne who was very helpful and she was extremely polite. It is very rare to get both qualities in an individual. She took the time to explain things in a professional manner, that made me appreciate her job. I hope i will get to speak to her again about housing for my aunt, thank you Evonne for being so helpful !

I phoned Sierra Sunrise looking for a information about the services provided and their wait list. Spoke to Yvonne and came away from the call with way more information than I originally asked for. Yvonne was a wealth of information about low income housing in California and services that are potentially available. I have called numerous senior apartments in the last few days and no one else has taken the time and care that Yvonne did with me today. Wish now their wait list wasn’t so long, I think I could feel good about having my aunt live at Sierra Sunrise based on this one conversation.

My uncle lives here and it is perfect for him. The walkways we're just updated put a walkway around the entire building. Clubhouse was just updated. His apartment was completely redone new stoves new cabinets new ceiling tiles new windows new bathroom. The new owners really done a lot. The staff is extremely helpful and my uncle is deaf and they contact me and keep me informed about everything that's happening. Very grateful that they are so helpful.
