This is the best skilled facility in Sacramento! I met Kimberly and Keith at the hospital, they were kind enough to come by & explain to me; what to expect during my transition to Mountain Manor for rehab. John, Mountain Manor is a boutique facility that personalizes each patient's treatment plan, so the length of stay for each patient varies. Patients could spend anywhere between a few days to a few weeks undergoing therapy and nursing care. In some cases, a patient may even be here for a few months depending on the severity of the illness, - though this is highly unlikely.
Patients who have Kaiser as their primary insurance are welcomed to admit to Mountain Manor. Since we are not contracted with that particular insurance, Kaiser Hospital would have to issue us a Letter of Agreement (LOA) to guarantee payment by the insurance. But in order for us to initiate the process, the patient simply has to request Mountain Manor as their preferred facility to complete short term rehab. We take care of the rest!
