Rooms are filthy These rooms definitely need a refreshing I've stayed here 4 times in the Last 4 months but not anymore if they don't fix the problems Last week I check in ,go to my room and wow, urine and tp in my unflushed toilet Carpet was typical for this place, filthy My room only had a shower but it had mold along the edges Roger, front desk guy is great but admits he can't do much to get corporate to update the finishes Gonna try the HIE next time

Poor experience overall. I arrived and locals were treating the pool as their personal pool. They were not staying at the hotel. The elevators were disgusting. For $250 a night you would expect at least a refrigerator and microwave but nope. I’m not sure what was going on with this hotel. But definitely not again. Called customer service the next day. They acted like they couldn’t be bothered. After contacting customer support filing a complaint nothing happened. Called a second time was hung up on. I received a call from the manager of this establishment she was very friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond to make the situation right. After everything I would definitely give them another shot the rooms were clean and presentable.

This hotel hasn’t been cleaned in months. I spent a few nights here in room 213 two weeks ago the pictures attached show what I walked into. The first picture is under the table across from the elevator first level. The others are of my room. I have more but you get the point. I would have switched hotels immediately had there been any vacancies. The rates are astronomical but the rooms look like you are staying in a $30.00 a night hotel. I have probably stayed in this hotel 20-30 nights over the past 10 years but cleanliness has been forgotten. I used to be a diamond member.

My husband and I enjoyed a long weekend at The Hampton Inn at Lake Okeechobee. It was a pleasant experience from beginning to end. The reception staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed luxuriously comfortable. I liked that they asked our preference for when we wanted room service. I will definitely be staying there in the future when travels again bring me back to the area.
