The account is in my husband's name, Thomas J Browne. I am his wife, Jennifer A Browne. We just changed our plan, and only I am available to drive to Roseville to pick up new equipment. We live in Nevada City, CA.

I don't think so, if you aren't on the account at all. But, I would call them and get a clearer answer....maybe your husband can authorize you to, or add you to the account then it would be a none issue.
