Go to fb and look up Roseville town square. There's a page for it I think.
As the post above me says the City of Roseville usually puts out an events calendar and which pack the event will take place. Also when visiting check out the pillars events calendar. This street park is in the center of town so check back often for the latest events scheduled or not.
