Looks more like a parking lot. Are there sites that are shaded by trees? How about the closeness? Looks a little bit close to your neighbor, do you have room to move around?

For your information the cost has gone up because of the new Raiders stadium so if their playing that week yes you will also be charged a special fee, that's Vegas for you greedy people, you park at the stadium your charged $100 plus now all the Casinos are charging for parking, it's not worth going to Vegas anymore unless the mob would take over again, but that's only wishful thinking, since the Covid everything has mire than doubled

Not much shade, and the cost to stay almost doubled from when we stayed there 6 months ago, the spot that we were on ,we never did get the trailer level.

No shade, it's literally a paved parking lot.All of it. You can put out a couple lawn chairs against your rig that's about it

You have room to park your vehicle by your trailer. Not a lot of shade.

There are quite a few spot types. If you pick the most expensive spots with the dog runs, you get a nice patio and large grassy lawn. The spot we stayed in had several large trees providing nice shade. Otherwise most of the spots are parking lot style. The park is in the middle of Las Vegas, not sure what one would expect.
