Why don’t they have a return policy? I purchased 4 wheels a month ago and it gives me trouble since a month. I lost the driving comfort. I asked them to refund it but they denied it.

I've had never any issues with them. Perhaps you should try to talk with someone in the higher ranks, one that makes decisions.

Check the tire mfg warranty .should have papers with your purchase,if not you should be able to get them at the store.
