Hi, I sold a item on Amazon and the buyer has refused the package, it was supposed to be returned to my shipping address and somehow UPS returned it to the Amazon warehouse in Hebron, KY. I have all detailed info, could you help me to retrieve it?

Good luck with this problem. Hell, I have trouble finding a fully loaded semi trailer there. And when I find it, I then have to do a treasure hunt to find the bills. I think the place is ran by Joe Biden type democrats, cause I'm convinced that somehow they could use some help with the brainwork there. This has happened 2 times in a row, and has made my delivery late both times......

Already contacted UPS and Amazon multiple times. UPS claimed label is paid by Amazon, only Amazom can make changes, Amazon claimed to contact UPS to change address, then the package deliveied to this facility two days ago before any of them change the address for me. And Amazon then told me to tell buyer that he needs to follow the return policy to get a refund... And this is a high value package.

You would probably need to contact ups or Amazon for that matter. Finding a package in this location would literally be a needle in a haystack.
