Horrible experience. They sent a Waterford Bowl purchased from a Gift Registry. It was not placed in a box to protect the item. I called Amazon, read the tracking number, and they can't even find the purchase information. I was going to order several items from the registry, but now I will not.

I'm a packer also, and I pack like I would want my things packed also.
Honestly it depends on the person packing your items. 100% on the person's attitude that day. The only thing you can do, it call in and report the damaged items and get them replaced. They have a machine telling them how to pack the items and they aren't supposed to stray from what it says. Everything goes off the weight, if they add extra packing for a more secure pack the weight will be off and it will be kicked out due to being over. This would unfortunately delay your products from being shipped on time.

Good luck with this problem. Hell, I have trouble finding a fully loaded semi trailer there. And when I find it, I then have to do a treasure hunt to find the bills. I think the place is ran by Joe Biden type democrats, cause I'm convinced that somehow they could use some help with the brainwork there. This has happened 2 times in a row, and has made my delivery late both times......
You can pull up all of your orders placed with Amazon through your Amazon online account. Look for the order for the item you wish to return and if the item is returnable, there will be an option asking if you want to initiate a return. I am not certain what happens then but I am sure you will just need to follow the instructions. If you have questions, I would attempt to call customer service. There is a link to contact them at the very bottom of your online account page. I hope this was helpful. You should have received an email with the order # when you placed the order.
I can't give you interior square footage but the from a truck drivers point view it (dock doors) it's a fairly small facility. Might have 35 doors.

You have receiving and shipping end all processes involved in warehousing. They Warehouse all clothing items in ship direct to customers
Call the main head quarter s and tell them what happened and they well tell you what you need to do
Are you looking for the seller of the item or the person in the warehouse that physically shipped it? The seller information would be found online, search under your orders.
If you quit without notice, you are eligible for rehire in a year. My son quit last year and was recently rehired. Put in an application, and you should see if you are eligible.
