Hello! Is it possible to get a copy of the incident report from a year ago and if so, who and what should I do because I no longer have the vehicle. I need a copy of report to state the other driver was a fault.

Go there... And talk to an agent.. He or she should be able bring up the file on the incident... 👍

Did you have AAA insurance at the time? Should be in your insurance file in that case. Otherwise not sure what AAA can do.

Im not a Triple A customer, the other driver is and i had all the information at one point but I sold my suv a few months ago along with copies of the incident. Basically i just need something to say that the other driver was at fault which she was cause Triple A took care of my damages and everything went well.
