Hi Sarra Yes Lowes has motorized carts with baskets .. they are located at the service desk entrance .. they are usually available .. the service desk should also arrange for someone to help you shop as well as load up your car .. Yes at the entrances sometimes sitting in the parking lot if you have their number available on your cell phone you can call when you get there and someone will bring it to you
