My first experience going with a friend to look and buy a stove top.First Employee directed us to the Department,very courteous,got thereThe MaleJOSEPH) at cash register we asked about stove top,just pointed his finger like over there which we were but wanted we wanted some customer service assistance,but was too busy talking to some Male people.I was talking like,could like come assist us but didnt, so we looked ourselves. Next while looking,a Female came over(Brooke)said Hi,came over cos the Employee of the Dept got her to assist us from another Dept,was very pleasant and said she didn't work this area,but would try to assist us which she did.We were very pleased with the information she pointed out to us,and my friend did buy it.We thanked her for her time,she gave us survey we obliged,but I told her I would if you walk by and tell him you made the sale.When we went to go check out I felt she needed recognition for her effort and time and his negligence. So I observed him walking by ùs,probably to see if we bought it,but little did he know we were buying it online.Didnt like his behavior after that so,I followed him and found him got his name(Joseph) which happen that Manager was also there.I spoke to her about his behavior, and lack of interest with us,and how he got her to do His Job cos he was too busy talking.Manager(Keila)was very courteous, about our experience,and Brooke also spoke to her,which I was glad she spoke up,and Manager offered us 10% more off our sale,and I wanted Brooke to be recognized for her above and beyond leaving her dept to do His job kudos brooke,and Manger keilia.Thank you both,10 stars to both of you,0 to JOSEPH But we came in on the 28th,I hunted Brooke down,and my friend just bought it there.Kudos,Good Job Brooke,Thank you soo much,if it wasn't for you we would have left and went to Home depot.

Chris in the gardening section was so friendly and nice when I visited the store today, readily offering her assistance if I needed it. I ended up needing her help to get an item on a higher shelf. She was more than happy to assist me. She was so nice to talk with while she used the ladder to get it for me. She even emptied out a shopping cart full of merchandise so I wouldn't have to struggle carrying the box myself. Such a kind and thoughtful person! In a time in which fewer and fewer people care to do their best and be good to others, it is uplifting that a there are still people like Chris. Lowe's is lucky to have her

Great store! They have the best garden area. The employees are always helpful. I did some fundraising volunteer work for a local cat shelter last year and Lowe's donated everything that we needed and then some! It was so generous and much appreciated. Lowe's is A++++!!!!
