You should call ahead and make sure they are accepting dogs. You also must be a Buffalo resident. There is also a surrender fee. Not sure of the amount per dog.
First step would be to call and ask if they are accepting surrenders at this time. If they are you can just bring them in, if not the SPCA would be your next call.
