No only 180 days a year
You cannot live there all year. It is a recreation community and you are only allowed to be there 180 days, of your choice, during the 365 days of the year.
You are only allowed to stay there 180 days out of the year. Yearly tax and fees come to about $1500 a year. That includes water and electricity.
You can live there any six months out of full year (you cannot stay there 12 month). You pay $1,500.00 every year plus school tax and real estate tax
You have to pay extra if you live there for more than six months.
