No only 180 days a year
It has to be shut off in the winter months to prevent the pipes from freezing.
Its a property owners campground.
You have to own a piece of property or know someone who does to get in..there is no entry fee
Are there alot of used Trailers up for sale ? Or I should say people are kinda Desperate to sell there Trailer to get money back in there pockets my Dad purchased it from a guy from his old job back in 1975 & sold it in 1998 I loves it so much I'm looking to return with my wife

No, you can be here for half year only, at least officially, and in any way, to live here during winter will require extraordinary survivor skills. Remember this is trailer, not house.
