Casual tasteful dress is fine. Doesn't need to be anything formal. Guys should wear a nice shirt but don't need coat and tie. Ladies are fine in nice blouse and even dressy jeans if you are comfortable in jeans. A nice sundress in the summer is fine also.

I don't believe there is. Like you, most of my Christos visits have been lunchtime. But I've been there a few times for an early dinner and found that dressed for work was the norm. It's Phoenix!
