Do you replace the watch face? I have a Citizen and Bulova watch that both need replaced because they are scratched.

I can vouch for what Jim said. They replaced the crystal on a Citizen of mine and it was just about a week turn around and around $40. I highly recommend them!

I have never replaced a watch face. They do other type of work there. If it was me and my watchface was a bit scratched up I would replace it. Not unless they have a new technic out. Patrick.
