Are you able to do a full service on a Seiko diver, 7s26-0020. Clean, lubricate, replace all the seals, pressure check, and calibrate to Seiko specs?

They would be the only watch repair shop in KC who could, if they do. Its worth a call! Unfortunately they are not open on Sunday.
