Yes definitely. I rode down 3 times already. Its 1 2's and 3's. Nothing super crazy but it was exciting and fun. Got totally wet and with a good guide we had a blast and he catered to our want of excitement.

There can be. Depends on the season and weather, but time it right and you can go get dead. The Cheat and it's tributaries can be quite good as well. The Cheat is further west toward Morgantown.
