QUALITY! The name exemplifies the experience here. The rooms, lobby, and every other area I observed were very clean. The staff friendly & customer service oriented. There are "3 star" hotels nearby that cannot even compare to this place in regard to sanitation& service. The rates are reasonable for the area. If you wanted to, you could walk to Historic Harpers Ferry. There was a good breakfast (as far as chains go). Make your own waffle, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, cereal, etc. Did I mention the "3 star" hotels nearby make you pay for breakfast? Highly recommend this family operated hotel, and I would definitely return. Please leave a tip for housekeeping, they deserve it!

Overall the hotel is really good. I've never checked in and out of a hotel faster in all my life, and that includes some $700 a night suites in New York and Colorado Springs. The hotel was recently done over, so all the bedding, wallpaper, bathrooms, etc. were new. The location is ideal: just a very short drive to downtown Harpers Ferry. The room was very quiet; all I heard was the occasional tractor trailer on the main road. Breakfast was good... lots of options and everything in the "café" was clean and well-organized. So why the 4 stars instead of 5? The filter on the room A/C was neglected and pretty dirty, resulting in a foul smell once turned on. That said, would I go back again? Yes.

26 people from our NY hiking group recently stayed at the Harpers Ferry Quality Inn during our annual getaway. We usually choose family-owned accommodations rather than chain hotels because of the personal attention that you get at smaller places, but this hotel treated us like family. It was a pleasure to work with the General Manager (Yin) beforehand to ensure that the needs of a larger group were met, and the staff was wonderful and went out of their way to make us feel at home.

The rooms are exceptionally clean down to the shower curtain!!! I met Debi she is head of house keeping she got everything we needed and has exceptional customer service skills. Another wonderful thing about this hotel is the breakfast u can get breakfast sandwiches muffins cereal fruit and some very yummy coffee. Wayne the breakfast man keeps it stocked n as soon as a guest left he cleaned the table right away he also has wonderful customer service skills just a great hotel I felt right at home and the employees felt like family this will definitely be our new place to stay when we go to that area!!!
