Hey there! Poor thing, what I've found works really well in very bad situations is treating with capstar then a longer term solution. Advecta works really well on my animals, and the Seresto collar would be a good option as well. I would also recommend treating the yard where you believe the problem is or staying away from there. But the flea killing and prevention will definitely help.
