I was a member of blast and never notified and an activation fee just showed up for crunch.
I sign up in December and have they taken money out of my account. I have been trying to get in contact with someone and I have been getting the run around 🤔 Do anybody know the address?
When i signed up, sales person told me i will be notified by email before 1 week of opening. I never got any notification. I also check once in Dec month. I got charged on 7th Mon. I just checked today 11th so started looking for information. This is nit goid way of conducting business.
When i went to join, they said they opened between the last week of December and beginning of this month so they are open. I would call as ask about the charge because i didnt get a charge on mine. I know they took over Blast's memberships and thats the only thing i can think of that would cause the charge
It was suppose to be 60 days free to try... I was charged today on my card. How are you going to start a 60 day trail before the gym is even open!!?? I want my money back and I'm going back to Planet Fitness!! SMH... I knew the $1 with 60 days free was to good to be true!! Very Disapointed!!! 😟😤ðŸ˜
Should be open. I got charged too. Andrew Told me the 5th was the opening day. ( which was Saturday )
