I think you're referring to the Pitchfork Steak Fondue. It's not a 'buffet' but it's a hearty steak (other options available on certain nights) dinner served on a huge patio overlooking the Badlands. It's up by the Burning Hills Amphitheater.

It is located at the same place as The Musical, only it's located just outside the musical venue and right by where you Enter for the musical after you are finished with your dinner 😊😊😊

The Pitchfork Steak Fondue is held on the Tjaden Terrace. It shares a parking lot with the Burning Hills Amphitheater where the musical is held.

Steak Fondue is great. The meal is served buffet or cafeteria style as you walk through. Skip lunch and come hungry. Or split the meal.
