The dealings I've had with theservice department have all been wonderful. They always explain what's going on if they think they need to do something other than what they originally told you.
Yes, I have a 10yr/100,000 mile warranty. I'm not really worried about that though. I'm more concerned with the service department being replaced with a completely different staff every time I go in. And of course they all tell me different things about my car. Several times now I've been told I need to replace something and then the new staff will say it's fine. Last time I'm pretty sure the guy had me do things that didn't need to be done. I have zero trust left and I'm very suspicious why the staff turnover has gotten so out of hand. I want to feel safe and confident that my car is in good working order. *speaking of my experience with Landmark South
Do you have a warranty on the vehicle?
They okay.....but you know all dealerships are out for one main thing ?.......to dive and swim in the deep end of your wallet......but it's always good to shop around and compare prices from different dealerships......
